Q: Why does my package say "Available for shipping"?
A: Our website requires us to select either in-store pickup or shipping, even though neither apply. Your product will be hand-
delivered to your midshipman at the Naval Academy.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Go to the "SHOP" tab, select what you want, add to your cart and checkout!
Q: I don't need a birthday package; my mid needs a pick-me-up. How do I do that?
A: Send us an email at [email protected] or fill out the form on the "CUSTOM PACKAGES" page, under "SHOP".

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: When you place an order on the website, you will be asked for your billing address. If that address is in Maryland, you will be
charged 6% sales tax.
Q: Why does my sales tax say it is from CA?
A: Don't worry, this is just an error in the payment system, but know that you will be charged 6%, even though it says CA. We will try
to resolve this problem as soon as we can, and this problem is not applicable for out-of-state purchases (even though it still may say
CA, you will NOT be charged any sales tax).
